At HGHNDZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached.

* For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

* Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

* Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
